RPG-32
The first in the world multi-caliber RPG-32 (“Hashim”) Portable Grenade Launcher System is a new generation weapon which boasts the highest performance characteristics as compared to all existing weapon systems of the similar category. The weapon is under development by FSUE “SRPE “Bazalt” in conjunction with the Armed Forces of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The grenade launcher is a multi-use weapon system intended for firing 72mm and 105mm grenades (tandem HEAT or thermobaric fragmentary armor-piercing). The grenade launcher system comprises two components, namely a multi-shot launching unit and a set of disposable multi-caliber containers of the 72mm and 105mm calibers.
The launching unit is light and compact. The launching tube in carrying position accommodates a collimator sight (serving as a sighting device) and grenade electro-triggering components. The launching unit may also be equipped with an optical night sight. The launcher ergonomic characteristics allow the grenade launcher to be promptly prepared by the operator for firing in any combat conditions and to ensure weapon high kill probability during fire from any firing position (standing, kneeling, prone).
A set of 72mm and 105mm containers makes it possible to efficiently defeat all types of current and advanced tanks, armored vehicles, fortifications, manpower and other targets. Multi-caliber capability and use of various types of containers ensure optimizing operator payload depending on the range of combat missions to be accomplished and types of targets to be engaged. The important peculiarity of the RPG-32 grenade launcher is that its rounds of all types feature similar ballistics characteristics to significantly reduce operators training procedures.
