Krasnoarmeisk-based Research and Production Division
Production facilities available at the Krasnoarmeisk-based Division provides manufacturing, filling and testing of pilot prefabrication and state-order close-in weapon systems, projectiles, mortar rounds, marine antisaboteur systems and air bombs of certain types.
Machining and assembling facilities comprise several shops and sections including a machinery shop with a machining section and a plastic metal working section, a section of manufacturing parts by the methods of rotation drawing, extrusion and casting, sections of heat treatment, of electroplating and paint coatings, a Material and Component Mechanical Tests Laboratory.
The equipment and tools available at the tool section allow to manufacture machining attachments and tools required for production including those necessary for products filling and assembling.
The filling and assembling section makes it possible to provide filling of various types of ammo (air bombs, artillery and mortar rounds, sea ammo, close-in weapon systems, hand grenades, cluster WHs of rockets and advanced systems, as well as dismantling of conventional ammo.
The test station is intended for carrying out works aimed at optimization and evaluation of performance characteristics of the ammo under development.
Tula Producton Division -
Machine and assembly facilities for full-cycle manufacturing of pilot, series-production and state order batches of air bomb bodies and pojectiles and shipping containers. Production equipment makes it possible to optimize and manufacture parts and assemblies using the technology optimal for items series production.
Multi-purpose press equipment allows for cutting, punching, bending, drawing, calibrating, beading and hot forming.
The welding section equipment permits to apply different welding methods including automatic and semi-automatic CO2- shielded welding, automatic submerged welding, manual argon-arc welding of both ferrous and non-ferrous metals, automatic gas -shielded arc welding.
Machine section equipment including screw-cutting lathes, drilling machines, milling and boring machines, as well as NC machine tools ensures the preset acuracy of machining processes and a wide range of products.
Non-ferrous casting section equipped with horizontal die casting machines and a backpressure casting machine allows for an optimization process and manufacturing of complicated aluminium alloy parts.
Rubber products section is intended for manufacturing rubber parts of various profiles by the method of vulcanization.
Tool section equipped with high-precision machinery makes it possible to manufacture machining attachments, special-purpose cutting and measuring tools.
All tools are put to periodical inspections in the Central Measuring Laboratory with the use of measuring instrumentation.
Electrochemical facing and paint coating sections provide for protective coating applying both to parts (assemblies) and to tools.
The Division ensures small-scale production of civil-purpose produce and consumer goods.
Nerekhta Production Division ("Nerekhta Machinery Plant")
is specialized in producing fuzing devices and pyrodelay devices intended for close-in weapon systems and air-delivered armament. The Division also produces civil-purpose and consumer goods.
Due to test facilities, sections of low-gas and high-explosive compositions, storehouses for special-purpose produce and substances available at the Division it has the required technical and staff potentials.
The Division comprises a stamping machine shop, a machining/stamping/ assembling shop, an electroplating shop, assembling facilities with a test station, a plastic and rubber mixtures parts and shipping containers manufacturing, a tools shop, a machine repair service, a boiler room, a compressor house, as well as power supply, repair/ construction and transport sections.
Among civil-purpose and consumer goods produced by the Division are the "Turnir" and "Mishka" bicycles for kids, the "Chizhik" pedal bicycle, transforming sledges, brake blocks for all types of Russia-made motor cars and spare parts.
The equipment available at the Enterprise allows to produce components by methods of turning, stamping, forging using aluminium alloys, plastics and rubbers of various types. Products made of timber can also be manufactured here.
The electroplating shop and the paint coating and polymer coating sections make it possible to apply all required kinds of coating to assemblies and tools surfaces.
Tool facilities provide the Enterprise with all kinds of tools: press tools, moulds, various devices, cutting, measuring, bench work and erection tools with application of up-to-date methods of tools manufacturing.
